| I think on this particular day, Augie was practicing space flight on the couch. He has high hopes that he'll be a chosen dog and can fly in space. I tried to get him to move out of the position, but just he laid there for hours. |

| A couple of friend and I had a clothing exchange party a while back. Poor Augie had to wait outside till most of the clothes had been chosen and packed away. He loved it when he got to greet everybody and try on some of the ladies' clothing himself.

| Augie and I met the cutest puppy the other day. The puppy and Augie looked identicial except for a few markings. I asked the owner what kind of dogs do you think we have. We loved her answer. She said they were Northwest Mountain dogs. It's the new, popular breed among the mutts! I think Augie likes knowing who he really is, after all these years. |

I asked Augie if he wanted to dress up this year for Halloween and he was feeling pretty lazy and just wasn't in the spirit. As you can see in this picture, he was really lazy last weekend. It was a HUGE deal if he got out of his chair.
